Why composites?

Graphite is superior.  It is as simple as that.  Musical instruments manufactured with composite materials using carbon fiber (otherwise known as graphite) and other materials produce tones with better attack, sustain, and consistency over wood.  How is this possible?  This is because carbon fiber is very stiff, but more importantly, can be tailored to produce whatever tone is desired, from the deep rooted basses to the shrill treble tones.  In addition, graphite is superior in strength, impervious to moisture and heat, and never expands or contracts, keeping musical instruments in tune longer.

At FiberSonixx, we produce superior components for musical instruments.  We specialize in replacing wood components with our custom designed and produced composite parts.  We have over 50 years experience with advanced composite materials, and we are experts in producing high performance, low cost parts that compete with wood in price, but blow it away on performance.

How about a soundboard that doesn’t need bracing?  We can produce the soundboard to exact dimensions to fit into any complex shape.  Our materials are compatible with many adhesives, so bonding is always secure and reliable.

If you are not ready for a soundboard, consider replacing the wood bracing underneath with our simple easy to adhere laminates.  They can be bonded in seconds, and will outlast the life of the soundboard.

We also produce the solid bodies for electric guitars.  Choose from many different cosmetic effects of the deep 3D woven carbon fiber patterns.

Do you need custom parts made?  We can design and produce them for you at a fraction of the price you would expect to pay.  Our quality is excellent.  We have highly trained factories which are experienced in producing high volume consistent parts.
